Client Experience

I love walking with real people through tough times. We laugh, cry, despair, delight.

Ram Dass put it best:
“We’re all just walking each other home.”

I strive to leave my clients in a better place than I found them. I want them to feel seen, heard, understood, and loved.

This was my first personal injury case.

I was so focused on our case that I never considered: what if the other side says yes? That’s why the settlement agreement looks like this—$750,000 memorialized on a piece of notebook paper.

The best part was when my client, a victim of sexual abuse, told the defense attorney—voice cracking—“thank you for believing me.”

Can you be kind and fierce as a trial lawyer? Yes.

This is a text from an agent after a hard-fought jury trial. A few days later, I had martinis with the public defender. We hugged each other.

You can be kind and have tremendous heart. In fact, they go hand in hand.
